Tours & services

All tours & services are provided in English (it can also be in French or Japanese on request).

 

Prices

Prices are mentioned in Euros on each product page. For any tailor made tour, the price will be discussed and agreed by email.

 

Availability

All the tours are sold on request. Please send us an email to check the availibility.

 

Payments

All payments have to be made in advance. Payments by cash on the day of the tour are not accepted. 

We accept payment by PayPal (PayPal account or Credit Card) directly through our website, or we can also accept bank transfers on request (in this case, we ask you to pay for all the fees).

For any tailor made tours, we will send you a Paypal link (PayPal Account or Credit Card) by email so that you can complete the payment.

 

Confirmations

After checking the availability, we will ask you to proceed with the payment. After we receive the payment, we will send you a confirmation by email.

 

Cancellations

Once the booking is confirmed and payment is made, we accept no refund in case of cancellation. We only accept to change the date of the tour if our schedule allows us to do it.

In case of cancellation from our side, we will offer another date for the tour, or the full refund. In this case, refund will be made through PayPal or bank transfer.

 

Privacy policy

Any information about our clients will remain confidential and will not be forwarded to any other company.

 

Applicable law

In case of dispute between "A Journey in Paris" (Solène Colas) and a client, the applicable law will be the French law, under the juridiction of Tribunal de Commerce de Nanterre (Hauts de Seine, France)
